The exhibition Variations, after Milan and Rome, arrives in Shanghai.
The exhibition dedicated to the theme of light, in Chinese contemporary art, will be housed in the spaces of 10 Corso Como Shanghai Gallery.
Works by established artists at the international level, such as Ding Yi and Geng Jianyi, will be joined in the work of young and emerging artists, as Jiang and Li Pengyl Shurui. The theme of change, explored through the constant pursuit of sensorial mutations, put the works in the middle of a relationship between perception and enjoyment.
In honor of the cooperation between Italy and China, a spectacular installation by the artist Arthur Duff it will also be made on the facade of 10 Corso Como. The work, entitled “Loved Letters”, will be lit on the opening night of the exhibition and will give to the Chinese headquarters of the famous Italian concept shop a fascinating new look for the exhibition period.
The exhibition, curated by Guido Mologni, thus comes to the last stage of his journey, which began at the Expo 2015. Variationes was hosted in Milan in Unicredit Pavilion, in Rome at the headquarters of Exclusiva Foundation, and from March 3 will be in Shanghai, in one of the symbolic places of this metropolis.
